Bulk packs & quantity pricing
Many of our glasses are also available in bulk packs. These are especially suitable for hospitality businesses or customers who want to order larger quantities.
Typically, a bulk pack includes several boxes from the same series and offers a price advantage of around 10-15% compared to the regular individual order.
Bulk packs are available to all customers, including private customers who need larger quantities.

Long-term cooperation
Many of our series, especially within the Crystalex range, are suitable for long-term use in hospitality and can often be reordered over a longer period of time.
We cannot guarantee absolute availability, but we deliberately select our assortment so that many series remain practical and reorderable.

Fast reordering when needed
In hospitality, additional glasses may be needed at any time, for example due to increased business, larger events or breakage during daily service.
For many of our series, we therefore aim for good availability and the fastest possible processing of repeat orders. Especially for hospitality businesses, we try to deliver additions as quickly as possible.
We cannot guarantee fixed stock for all series. However, our goal is to keep practical series as available as possible and to handle short-term additions efficiently.
Delivery & shipping in Switzerland
Small orders are normally shipped within Switzerland. Shipping costs are typically around CHF 9.
For B2B orders, we often offer free shipping from an order value of around CHF 400. For very large orders, direct deliveries from the Czech Republic or pallet shipments can also be arranged depending on scope.
