Additional terms are calculated individually according to products, order quantity and delivery. The Crystalex project tiers do not automatically apply to Kvetna.

Delivery & logistics
Direct deliveries from a warehouse or manufacturer in Czechia are common and incur no additional B2B surcharge compared with a comparable delivery via Kriens. Standard international logistics are already included in B2B product prices. Express, special and international deliveries are agreed individually.
Availability & quotation
We check availability when preparing our recommendation and reconfirm it immediately before ordering. A recommendation does not reserve stock. The formal quotation specifies exact item codes and quantities and is generally valid for 14 days.
Payment
The first B2B order requires advance payment. Business customers expressly approved for subsequent orders generally receive 14-day net payment terms, unless otherwise agreed in the quotation.
Samples to compare
Crystalex: Samples are free of charge; only the actual transport costs are charged.
Kvetna 1794: Samples are supplied at the current B2B unit price plus actual transport costs. If you place a goods order exceeding CHF 500 excluding VAT within 30 days, the goods value of the Kvetna samples is credited. Transport costs are not credited.
Professional glass racks
We offer individually configured FRIES or Cambro glass racks to match your glasses. Combined with the glassware, these are offered on special project terms; configuration and price depend on dimensions and intended use.
