All our products are handmade, making each piece unique. You may notice minor imperfections such as air bubbles or slight irregularities on the surface, which are a testament to genuine craftsmanship and do not affect the beauty or functionality of the product. For more information, please see our guaranteed quality parameters.
The composition of our glass stem, from which the clear glass is melted, contains a titanium component. The titanium makes each piece produced much harder and more durable, without compromising its flexibility and lightness!
Our glass is world-leading, primarily thanks to the highest quality raw materials, lead-free glassware, and handcrafted production. That's why we can stand behind our products 100%. However, there are a few practices that, if followed, will ensure your enjoyment for a long time.
-
Wash gently. What does this mean? You can wash your glasses in the dishwasher without worrying about them turning gray, but you should always use the gentle cycle and ensure that the glasses are not mechanically damaged in the dishwasher – that is, that they are positioned correctly, do not touch other dishes, and that the spray arms do not get caught on them. It is not recommended to clean thick-walled containers such as carafes, vases, and jugs in the dishwasher. For perfect cleaning, it is sufficient to soak them in warm water with a little dish soap.
-
Avoid large temperature fluctuations. Rapid changes between heat (warm water) and cold (cold water, ice) are not good for the glass. Therefore, try not to expose glasses or jugs to temperature fluctuations.
-
Avoid improper polishing. Before you polish your glass, watch this short tutorial video, which provides all the necessary information.
